got a new pc but i'm using an old monitor. just wanted to know because i don't wanna buy eso and not be able to play it.
Can elder scrolls online be played well on 1024x768

You may be able to but the image could be distorted or "hanging" off the sides of the screen. 4:3 is a strange aspect ratio to play games on. I'd recommend getting a new 16:9 monitor.

Same issue; the image becomes distorted or hangs off the screen. If you would like to try and see if it works, be my guest, although, under most circumstances, the image will warp and it will be difficult to play.
