So I got an around year used pc from my cousin which looks in a pretty good condition from inside

Graphics card: Sapphire AMD HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 Dual-X With Boost

650 Watt power supply, Corsair Liquid cooling

Now the problem I am facing is with sound, its not at all clear in nay video and audio and video are out of sync in every single video/movie I try to watch
Sound is low, and increasing the sound increases noise and not the clarity.
I have also noticed small lags/Stuttering while playing Fifa(very small but still noticeable)
So I am trying to find out,where actually is the problem?

3.Drivers issue

5.Display cable/Port(I am using HDMI to DVI cable as my monitor doesn't have HDMI port)
