Well, let's see what CoolerMaster says: http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-212-evo/
---------------
Intel Socket:
LGA 2011-3* / 2011* / 1366 / 1156 / 1155 / 1150 / 775
---------------

AS the 1151 is still brand new...who knows. But probably.

but if the mounting holes of the 1151 are the same as 1150 it may work?
I THINK ALL 115X have the same mounting spaces

As said...probably.
Until CM verifies, or someone else installs one....that is all anyone can say.

I just mounted the EVO 212 on an ASUS Z170-AR using the 1150 instructions. The only issue I had was using the incorrect mounting screws. It is somewhat difficult to differentiate between the two sets based on the pictures and they aren't labeled either way. Using the taller set of mounting screws worked perfectly.

I don't care if it's an old thread or if you've already answered it. That was weeks ago and you are just now posting this? Really? Someone bumped the thread and I didn't look to see when the OP posted the thread so I decided to comment. Stop being a keyboard warrior and get over yourself, jack ass.....

The 212 EVO comes with some pretty poor instructions. And makes no mention of LGA 1151. While the LGA 1151 mounting points are identical to those of the LGA 1150, not everyone already knows this. It's nice to go online and find confirmation.

A mounting plate goes on the reverse side of the motherboard; you have to already know this or watch the installation on YouTube. The included illustrations do not communicate this clearly. The X-shaped bracket holds the cooler to the CPU.

Like so many things, none of this is spelled out for the builder. You just figure it out on your own.

Hoping not to be bashed by some of you guys for commenting on an old thread, I can just report that CoolerMaster is now stating that the Hyper 212 Evo and its newer derivative, the Hyper 212 Plus, does fit the LGA1151 Socket Set CPU. By the way, mounted it on my LGA 775 (I know, I know, ANCIENT CPU) recently and it is even helping to cool down my GPU, if you can believe that!! Great product if you don't plan on overclocking, which is not something I have need for!
