Okay, so when i turn on my power supply the power button's led goes on, even if i'm not clicking the button. But when i click the button nothing happens. No fans start running either.

And it's not the power supply that is the fault, i've tested another working one. Btw my power supply, chassi and grapichs card are new. Something happend after i put them in. But, it have started some times with the new components.

Does your processor/motherboard have any kind of integrated graphics, or do you have the old graphics card to test with? If the PC boots without the new graphics card then we can instantly single out the problem.

When you say you've tested the power supply - did you test the new PSU in another system or test an old PSU in the current system?
