Hi guys.

Lately I've been having a lot of problems with the dashboard password. I haven't been using the cloud for about 2-3 months and it was shutdown during that time. I wanted to backup some more stuff on it and I could log in to to view all the files I have on it and backup more via the app, but couldn't log in the dashboard. Naturally I assumed I had forgotten the password (although I was sure I know it). After 20395203597 tries I've managed to reset it (yes this piece of [****] wouldn't reset itself properly even though I've tried it literally more than 10 times) and login to create a new one, which I saved on a separate file. I also saved it with the browser so that I could login automatically whenever I need to. Today I've tried that and couldn't log in even though it was saved already. I've retyped it a couple of times, I've also tried logging in via admin with no pass, just in case it has reset itself somehow, but still had no luck. Has anyone ever had such issues or know of a possible solution.
Furthermore the resetting method sucks big time! I've read numerous threads with people having problems with resetting the user/pass. Although some of WDs drive models might be pretty good, it seems like the consumer cloud options they offer are definitely overpriced
