I have this on my Comcast router gateway page

It was like this by default. Should I check "Single Computer" and enter my IPV4 address?

Remote Access does show as disabled but that warning "Note this option will allow any computer on the internet access to your network and may cause a security risk" has me worried..

I just checked Single Computer and left the numbers blank and Saved. I guess it should be good?

Since remote access is disabled, the IP address selections will have no effect. Entering a private IP within your network does not allow you to remote access via WAN in any case.

You could always verify that it is disabled by trying to gain access from outside your network using your public IP address on ports...

You could always verify that it is disabled by trying to gain access from outside your network using your public IP address on ports 8080 and 8181.

Just ensure it remains disabled and you should be fine.
