So I recently bought The Crew, and my connection is horrible. On the main menu it says to forward ports 3000-3003,13000,14000,and 14008. My setup is an Arris TG62 modem/router from Comcast, and Netgear WGR614v8. The Netgear wifi speed is way faster than the Arris, so I turned the wifi off on that. Do I have to forward the ports identically on both? Do I have to have a static ip to do this? I have no idea what I'm doing

Solution
Normally uPNP would handle everything, but it doesn't work behind two routers because routers do not forward uPNP to the next router. Yes, you will need to set up fowarding on both routers.

If you disable DHCP on your netgear and change its IP so it won't conflict with your other router, you can still connect via wifi, but then connect a LAN port instead of the WAN port on the netgear to your network. This way it acts as a access point instead of a firewall and router.
