I'm on a $1000 PC Setup budget (Including the PC, Monitor, Keyboard, and Mouse). I estimate that to buy those peripherals, I will need around $300, so that means I need to build a PC around the sub-$700 range. I'd like to know if this PC build for $700 will be able to run the listed games at the highest settings possible.
