Black Ops 2 Long Loading Times

The loading times used to be very fast, around 5 seconds. Now it goes back to around 2-3 minutes, long enough to not get into games. Any suggesttions? BTW I have already reinstalled.

Specs:
16 GB RAM
Intel(R) CORE(TM) i7-3740QM
64 bit OS Windows 7
NVIDIA Quadro K2000M

Can be your hard drive & Quadro series are not made for gaming the Gforce series are made for gaming

Yes but before, I have already ran BO2 high settings at a constant 70 FPS... and it used to load really really fast. First one in the game. Now I do not know how but it is loading longer now.

Loading time depends on your hdd so it can be that your hard drive is heating up or must of became faulty

Do you have any suggestions on how to fix it? Or is it impossible without buying parts?

Well there are hdd coolers for desktops I don't know about laptops , do you have a laptop cooler? did you clean the dust that's inside your laptop via compressed air can?

So it is because my HDD is overheating? But when I leave my computer off for like 5 days then play, it still loads like that. I give my hdd time to cool, but it still does not work. So I must buy an HDD cooler?
