Hey guys, this is my first time building a gaming pc. I finished the build, but for some reason I can't get it to boot up. No POST beep nor display on the monitor screen. I tried almost all troubleshooting methods including removing ram, resetting cmos, removing the graphics card, putting the speaker thing on and off, everything. I'm running out of hope. I want to know how I could know if it's the PSU or the motherboard that's broken?

Here's the build: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/qthd23

NOTE: Fans are working fine, the light in front of the case lights up when I power it up, just no beep or whatsoever. Motherboard doesn't seem to have been fried as I don't smell anything, fans are running smoothly. I've also tried using DPI cable instead of HDMI, still no luck. As much as possible, I want to be able to keep the parts since I ordered them from far away and it would be a huge hassle returning them because of shipping costs

Please help!!!

EDIT:
Here's what i tried so far:
1.) Removed both RAM sticks
2.) Tried booting with just 1 RAM stick
3.) Tried removing graphics card
4.) Made sure standoffs are well secured on the case
5.) Redid the build all over again
6.) Reseated CPU and checked for bent pins (no bent pins)
7.) Tried breadboarding (still no POST / beeps)
8.) Bought a new motherboard (from gigabyte to ASUS)
9.) Reset CMOS by removing the battery for awhile and moving the jumper from socket 2-3 for a few seconds and putting it back to sockets 1-2
10.) Made sure all cables are plugged in well in their respective sockets (yes, including the system speaker)
11.) BASICALLY EVERYTHING FROM THIS THREAD www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems

Yep I've looked at the cpu, no bent pins, and its placed correctly on the socket.

I've also tried with one ram stick. Even tried without one, still no beeps or anything. I took everything apart, made sure nothing's causing the mobo to short, but still no luck

No pc in the neighbourhood in which you can test components like psu or ram?

The motherboard comes with an onboard gpu, tried with just that one?

Can you post a picture of the inside of the pc? Try "imgur" for an upload and copy the "IMG" link here.
