Hi there, I was wondering if this PC I am planing on making is worth the cost, and I also want to know if it can run games like GTA V, Far Cry 4 and Skyrim Ultra Modded on high settings.

Worth the cost, that's subjective really but yeah it'll play the first 2 no problem (1080p ultra), but Skyrim can be modded to break any GPU, my girlfriend puts over 100 mod and ENB's on hers and she managed to get slowdown from a 970.

Personally I don't think an i7 is worth the extra cost over the i5 but then again I don't have the same kind of budget as you ;)

Agreed, I'd choose having a 980Ti/i5 over a 970/i7 any day
