Does my motherboard need PCI express 2.1 and x16 for a HD 6770? Or does it only need one? Please help

You will be fine you probably have pcie 1.0 r 1.1 maybe even 2.0. Do you know what motherboard you have?

750ti would be nice or ,as i just read this thread, a 260x . Both would go good with your cpu
