I have been wanting to plan and build my own PC. So today I have planned one. I do not have much experience in planning and building or building a PC. So I have planned this computer. Me being inexperienced I would like some advise from the pros. I did select a aftermarket cpu coole because I was not sure that stock cooler would be enough. I would rather not have to get an aftermarket CPU cooler but if I need it It is what I need. Please share you're advise. Thank you for having a look at my build!

Also I have a problem with the compatibility. It says this on PCPartPicker.
Some AMD A88X chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Kaveri CPUs.
What should I do about this?

Please share advise! I am trying to stay under a 650 dollar budget.

Are you going for a budget gaming PC? If that's the case, I would recommend a much different build. Couple major problems in that build that would just lead to a bad PC experience.

I would recommend a build akin to this if you don't mind spending the extra ~$28 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7ngX7P I cut some corners to even get it close to the budget, but 320GB will be enough as long as you don't mind not keeping 200+ games at once. The quality is still really good on all the parts, especially for the price.

OP this computer will do you good as a starter, you'll be able to run a lot of games a good graphics settings while maintaining solid performance. Most importantly its close to your budget. @datguy not sure why you would recommend a 320gb as a 1TB is cheaper/better performance.
