Hello community!
I just spent my afternoon building my first PC. I checked all the manuals and made sure each cable was securely in place and paperclip tested my PSU. The fan runs. However, when everything is put together, when I flip on the PSU switch, the fans run for half a second and stop. When I press the power button, nothing happens. I went through an entire thread on things I could do to troubleshoot like putting the RAM in the last slot. My PC specs are as follows:
Intel I5 4590
MSI H97 MOBO
Corsair cx600w psu
G.skill 8x1 stick
Define r5 black w/ window
I was told that I should at least be able to get into the bios and see the fans spinning without my gpu and ssd in. Any solutions?
