The best advice I can give you.
Buy a higher quality power supply the CX series are pretty much just junk!
http://www.amazon.co.uk/XFX-ATX-550-Power-Supply/dp/B004RJ8EKI/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1437262939&sr=1-2
Buy memory with a lower profile without those freakishly tall heat sinks their just for looks and will get in the way of that CPU cooler.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/G-Skill-ARES-DDR3-DIMM-240-pin/dp/B007GKZNX6/ref=sr_1_16?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1437263020&sr=1-16
That motherboard will work just fine but is not the best for overclocking although a decent overclock can be reached in the 4.2 / 4.4 area.

I currently have a 500W CX and its doing me fine. However, I think I might go for the 600W Bronze efficiency.
Okay So I have changed a few things. One being the power supply and the other the Memory RAM:

• MEMORY : HyperX FURY Series 8GB (2x 4GB)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00J8E91T0/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

• POWER : Corsair CX 600W Bronze
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B009RMP44O/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

Do you think this would be better ?
