I have a msi r9 390 that I'm trying to get to work I install it but I get a no signal on my TV I have a 750w psu so that's not the problem help

I`m going to ask two very important questions since were dealing with a pre built system by HP
And your not going to like me for the bad news here.
If the board only has a four pin 12v extra Atx you will be hard pushed to get your R9 390 card to work in the Pci-e slot.
Because to drive that card the board must have a eight pin 12v extra Atx feed.
The Pci-e slot cannot provide enough power due to the four pin that the hp h8 1534 system has
It will not matter even if you have the extra 12v Pci-e power connectors direct from the Psu to the edge of the msi r9 390
Card it`s self.

You can try to use the four pin power feed from your PSU to plug into the four pin 12v extra ATX socket of the motherboard. It may work if it was not connected due to the card that was fitted was a low end range graphics card. But I suspect the four pin cannot supply enough voltage to the Pci-e slot of the board at it`s 75w rating you would get with an eight pin configuration.

This was the card that came with the pre built system, a very low wattage card.

Eyefinity Radeon HD 7570
No insult but HP use very low quality boards in pre built systems.
So if the card does not work with the four Pin connected to the board, and the 12v pci-e power connectors to the 390 card the board is the likely problem, since you have a decent power supply to drive the 390 card anyway.
