Will a 400w PSU be enough for a GTX 460?

My build is currently:

Motherboard: Intel DG45ID
Ram: 4 sticks of 1 gb ram (elixir)
CPU: Core 2 Quad Q8200
and my previous GPU was a Radeon HD 6450, but I'm going to be switching to a GTX 460.

I plan to upgrade to a better PSU soon, but was wondering if this would work for now.

Solution
+12 V Rail2 x 22 A so in no way should be used with that card.
in total that psu only outputs 264w on the 12v rail. thats in no way near enough voltage to run your system with that card.
yes it says 400w on the packaging but thats the peak output but in reality its not even a good 300w psu.

Any good cheap but reliable PSUs that you can recommend?

Will that work? It's a tier 4 but I'm currently on a small budget.
