Any ideas, thoughts would be very appreciated. Cheers

Are you planning to stick with the stock CPU cooler or add an aftermarket cooler?

Of those cases, the Base 800 would definitely be my choice. Competition would be pretty fierce between that case, the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe, NZXT H440 or Fractal Design Define R5 blackout, the Thermaltake Core X9 is worth looking at too though.

Is there a reason you're opting for wireless? Wired connections via Ethernet are generally faster and have less lag. But there are situations where wired connections are not convenient so if you have to go with wireless, it is what it is. I wouldn't choose it as a matter of course though.

cheers darkbreeze . I will be just stick with a stock cooler to start with i wont be overclocking but would like to consider room for a aftermarket one if i ever got one in the future. Ill take be sure too check out them cases too .

Keep in mind you can't overclock that CPU, ever, nor can you overclock anything besides the G3258 on H81, H97 or B85, so be certain that's not something you're going to want later before dropping that kind of cash on a rig.

You also can't SLI with those motherboards. IF you SLI capability down the road, you're going to want a Z87 or Z97 board. If a single card is all you'll ever be likely to use, then it's not necessary.

The main reason, in you case, for an aftermarket cooler would be noise levels. The stock 70 or 80mm coolers are a lot louder than, for example, a 120, 140 or even 92mm cooler since they are able to provide similar or higher levels of cooling performance at lower RPMs. Just a thought, possibly for later if the noise levels irritate the piss out of you like they do me.

Ah i see yeah good point, well because of my budget, i dont intend on using SLI in the future neither overclocking in the near future. But yeah i know stock coolers can be loud but ill see how it goes i mean if its too noisy then thats something that i can easily upgrade too i guess.

Now yes the H97 gaming 3 mobo is better than the b85-g43 . But really for $10 more i suppose i could but i wont be using raid type sata or m.2 sata . So the only advantage is the extra 2 SATA which i really dnt need, but could use mostly likely not going too. The H97 does look bit better than the b 85-g43, with the heatsinks. Overall if i do get the h97 advantage to me would be only the looks with the heatsinks the disadvantage if i do get it is it does not have SATA II 3.0GB support only SATA III . With the B85-G43 i will save $10 and i get SATA II support if i ever need it , so i think ill stick with the B85-G43 in my opinion but not sure whatcha think is still worth $10 more ?.

Oh that case called the " Phanteks Enthoo Luxe" you suggested looks awesome now i gotta compare the base 800 with that haha. I like the included LED strip backlighting makes it stand out .

There's more to it than that like a thicker PCboard, better audio caps and overall sound quality, better VRM's and VRM heatsinks, a few other things as well. I'd say it's worth the extra ten bucks, just for the ability to use some of those other features down the road even. Either board is ok though. SATA III is newer than SATA II.

The b85-g43 has four SATA III 6gbps headers and two SATA II 3gbps headers. The Gaming 3 has 6 SATA III 6gbps headers, M.2, Raid support and supports Intel Rapid start technology which the B85 board does not.

The Enthoo Pro, which doesn't have the lighting, and the Enthoo Luxe, which does, are both very good cases and I've done builds with them both. I have not done a build with that Be Quiet case and I gotta admit it's a nice looking case but I've run into some minor quality issues with Be Quiet cases and products in general, before. They've stepped up their game recently though so it might be a good choice. I certainly like it's looks but the Enthoo luxe is a great looking case with solid features as well and it's quality is very good.

Yep i see i guess your right i may have that option down the track if i every decide to use M.2 annd the raid support . I do really like the heatsinks too, ah better audio is something good. Okay only thing im worried about is if i had a sata ii device would i be able to use it with the sata iii ports?. If so then i guess ill go change to the H97? oh and yes i know sata iii is the newer better one lol.

SATA II and III are compatible in both directions. SATA II devices will of course only operate at 3gbps speeds when used with 6gbps headers/controllers, and SATA III devices will only run at 3gbps speeds on SATA II controllers, but they will work fine.
