cpu: intel core i5 4440
mobo: asus h97 plus
gpu: zotac gtx 970
my question is which psu should I buy..no overclocking needed ?

1.Corsair VS 650W
2.Corsair CX 600W
3.Seasonic bronze plus 620W

Pls suggest guys

No. It's tier 2. All these models are tier 2 units. Seasonic has tier 1 units, of course, but these are not among them. Still they are very, very good choices.

dammit<! I overlooked the model, I saw Seasonic and got a little mixed up. Thanks for the clarification.

Go with Seasonic S12II 620w or

Seasonic M12II 620w EVO Edition.

Either PSU are good which comes with 5 year warranty.

S12II is non-modular where as M12II is fully modular. So its your choice.
