Hi Guys,Bharath here

I just got hands on a Dead Slow Mid-2010 Macbook A1342(Yeah,That White Colour) for cheap money and I am looking forward on Upgrading and Maxing it out. Here are The Specs

CPU - Intel Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 Ghz (P8600)
RAM - 1 GB + 1 GB PC8500 1066 Mhz DDR3
GPU - NVidia GeForce 320M 256MB
Display - 13.3 Inch Widescreen,1280x800
HDD - 250 GB HDD
Optical Drive - 8X SuperDrive
Model No - A1342
OS X - 10.9 Mavericks

1) Will 4 + 4 GB RAM Work when running OS X Mountain Lion ?
2) Will 2 of these RAMs Work ? - http://www.corsair.com/en-in/corsair-mac-memory-4gb-dual-channel-ddr3-sodimm-memory-kit-cmsa4gx3m1a106c7

(Because these are the only ones I can get in My Country - India)

3) Will Samsung SSD 850 EVO 120 GB Work in this ? If not,Please suggest me the best 120 GB SSD Out there.

4) I will be downgrading from OSX 10.9.2 to OS X 10.8.5,Because I found the OS X ML feels
much faster and much more Stable.Good Idea ? TRIM Support ?

Thanks Guys.

Solution
The machine is reported as taking up to 16 Gig (so yes, those RAM sticks will work).
TRIM support, not sure, what does it say in System Information -> SATA/SATA Express? If it says AHCI then there is a good chance it'll support TRIM, be aware OS X TRIM can cause problems on some non-Apple SSD's, (personal opinion, from experience) better option is to buy a bigger SSD and let Garbage Collection do the work.
Try it after upgrading the RAM, you might find an OS X down-grade isn't required.

Thanks,I will look onto that.Just found out OSX 10.8 and Upwards have TRIM Support,so...I think it should work good with Samsung SSD.
