So I have seen lots of people with my problem, after 10-15 minutes of gaming my PC freezes, the monitor goes black, and I need to restart my computer 4-5 times (by pressing the restart button) to get my monitor working again.

From what I have researched, the problem could be either because of faulty RAM or because of a bad PSU.

All of my fans are working, nothing is overclocked, nothing is overheating and my GPU is brand new but my PSU is 5 years old.

I need someone to tell me if my voltages are right, and if they are not, then tell me how to fix them.

Below you have my HWMonitor report on voltages and temperatures.

Any suggestions?

Those already look better, the 11.795V is a bit low,but is within pecs.

Can you tell what parts used? Or do this,

Open hwinfo,
uncheck sensors only,
click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
click save report at the left top,
in the next window at the bottom check=Ⓞ "short text report" after that next, you'll get to see what is in your pc,
copy that by clicking "copy to clipboard" and right click and paste in you next post.

Maybe your bios needs an update.

You could make a log too,

You can open hwinfo32,after that open the sensor window by marking sensors only=V,
after that click run, then click at the bottom "Logging start" ,
after that choose a name and place for the log. like Hwinfolog at your desktop.Leave it open and do game/stresstest or whatever you do until a crash. The log will end at that point but will be saved.
After the restart upload the log to a site without to much crap (!),for instance dropbox, and leave a link to it here.
you can open the sensor window via the main window too, you'll find it at the left top as well,it is called "Sensors".

Also, I already updated my bios to the latest version.

P.S. Just noticed the report says my RAM is @401mhz? It should be at 800-1066mhz because that is what I bought.

I see you have mixed ram, maybe give it a try with just one stick, try the kingmax for instance and see how it does.
The other option is too up the voltage for the ram abit,go from 1.8V to 1.9V for instance, even 2.0 should still be fine.

So I removed one stick of ram and I managed to play for about 1 hour. The problem seems to be solved.

The problem I have now is that I have to get a new stick of DDR2 RAM.

Should I get the exact same Kingmax model?

Like you know now that mixing ram could give problems maybe better buy a new set and sell the current sticks apart.Maybe that a same stick,i mean model/speed and latency's,could do fine, but it would be a gamble again.

Tried both sticks with more voltage,or are you worried tings go wrong by doing that?

DDR2 RAM is pretty expensive, and my motherboard only supports DDR2.

Thanks for all the help!

I will do further tests to make sure the problem has been fully solved.

Giving the ram more voltage would be done in the bios. With the voltages i gave nothing should go wrong,ddr2 can handle up to 2.0V fine from my experience.
In the end it might even need tweaking timings and/or even the speed they run on to get it working.Making it run at 667mhz for instance,or going from 5-5-5-18 to 5-6-5-20 at 800mhz (even with the added voltage),and even more adjustments.I'm still pondering.
