My touch screen is not working on my Windows 8.1

I bought my computer last year in December 2014. It is an ASUS. The model is TP300L series. I'm sorry I hope that is the correct model. I'm not a computer person. Anyways, about a month ago I somehow go a virus in my computer so yesterday a friend of mine told me the best solution would be to re-install Windows 8.1 on my computer. After the windows was re-installed everything works very well again however the I am very disappointed that my touch screen does not work anymore. This is especially frustrating because I can even turn my computer into a tablet. I have no idea what to do and I desperately need help and advice on how to get my touch screen working again like it should. Please, please help and soon. Thank-you so much, Andrea Weber. If this is your computer:
http://www.asus.com/US/Notebooks_Ultrabooks/ASUS_Transformer_Book_Flip_TP300LA/

Then click on "support" in the upper right of the screen. Click on "Drivers & Tools", then select your CPU and OS. You can then download the necessary drivers that you are missing, including the touchscreen.
