Win 7 x64 says "no audio output is installed"

Hey fellas! I recently upgraded x86 to x64 and I have a sound card paired with my mobo( as sound on my mobo was dead) after upgrade I wasn't able to update sound card drivers that I was using on x86. My specs are :-
Core 2 Duo 2GHZ
2GB ddr2 Ram
Geforce 210 1Gb ddr3
Asrock Conroe 1333-D667 mobo

Plz help me guys. What should I do.

Sound Blaster PCI 64/128 - no native since before Vista, but one of these might work.

Have you tried removing the SB card using the onboard with w7 drivers from

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

If not an option, go and buy a cheap w7 compatible audio card with a Realtek ALC chipset.
