1) Try remove the battery, wait for 5-10 min, put it back in and boot the laptop, if you can and you are est. If you can't boot., then go to the 2nd step.
2) Go to dell, download the BIOS to the USB, follow the "Installation instructions" to reinstall the BIOS. http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=396HW&fileId=3204110100&osCode=W764&productCode=inspiron-15r-5520&languageCode=EN&categoryId=BI
3) If you still have problem, you may call dell for help.
