More RAM or an SSD Upgrade?

Hi, I have an Intel i7 4790k CPU, ASRock Z97X Killer motherboard, ASUS GTX760, Corsair Gaming 800W PSU, 8GB of RAM and 2 500GB hard-drives.

I was wondering which would be a better upgrade, another 8GB of RAM, or an SSD for the OS and SOME games (250GB SSD)

I also somewhat multi-task, and run dual monitors,

I've heard though also considering I run dual-monitors that having an extra 8GB of RAM would help a lot more than an SSD, would it be possible to explain to me why the SSD is better than RAM?
