Is this RAM compatible with my MB?

Hi, im planning on building my own PC soon and im not sure if the RAM is compatible with the MB. Any help would be great Thanks

Yes, these DIMM's should be supported by your board. Make sure you go into the UEFI (BIOS) and enable XMP for the best performance

The Corsair DDR3 CMD16GX3M4A1866C9 memory kit is compatible with the Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 2 motherboard.

However, Corsair CMD16GX4M4A2666C16 is not compatible as it is DDR4 memory; DDR4 memory is not supported by the Sabertooth motherboard.

The 1866 is yes, will prob want a K model CPU to carry the 1866 data rate. Some of the non-K model might well be able to carry it like the 4690
