Im wondering if my psu has enough power for a EVGA gtx 750 ti superclocked or if it doesnt have enough power for a superclocked will it have enough for a standard EVGA 750 ti. I wont be doing any benchmarks i will just be gaming.

A stock 750ti will pull around 70 watts under peak load. Also Nvidia themselves say that minimum required power supply is 300W. I believe that as long as you have a fairly normal system 350W should suffice. My only concern is the quality of your power supply.

EVGA Recommends minimum 300Watt Psu So you should be fine. Although I usually like to give myself 100W of head space extra. I have a MSI 750ti with a 430W. Aslong as you dont have any other high power demanding Items In your computer you should be fine.

So i'll probably get a stock 750ti to be safe and not the superclock

That is probably a good choice. Some factory overclocked cards can draw much more power compared to stock ones.
