Ok this Is a really long story,
I bought a really cheap and unknown case with power supply, and a gigabyte g2a s2pv, one 8 gb stick and i5 3.1 ghz with msi GeForce 750 ti oc edition and 1tb sea gate hdd.
Ok, now after assembling it all up, note that a few CPU pins were bent which I tried to fix with a pin and hopefully fine, not sure.
I really didn't know how to fix the motherboard to case and one of screws aren't getting fixed so it's kinda uneven ground, this might short the mobo? Not sure.
Ok now after assembling everything up, I see no lights at all, but the CPU and psu fans both turn really weird and gnu fan not turning, note that before fixing bent pins on socket, all these worked fine but they used to start for a second and then stop and repeat forever, now it's just turning fans weirdly, I do not want to keep trying to fix because I'm scared to break parts and very expensive here in uae compared to uk and USA.
Can anyone please help me out?
Thanks.

Solution
Some cases have raised dimples for motherboard standoffs.
Some have short brass or chrome plated brass motherboard standoffs.
You did not state what case you have so I will post pictures of examples.
These need to be under the motherboard to keep it from shorting out on the case motherboard tray.

Raised dimples and one standoff.

You need to have a standoff or raised dimple at each hole in the motherboard, to attach it to the case without it shorting out on the motherboard tray.
