Is 38c/100f to hot for inside a 6U data cabinet which contains a small server, two switches and a single NAS drive?

I have a small 6U data cabinet containing a old 2006 Mac Mini running as a server, two 8 port switches one of which is a PoE switch feeding IP cams, a single NAS drive, and a small USB printer server.

The ambient temperature inside the cabinet is 38c/100f which seems high to me, but don't know if it is ok? Should I install a couple of 125mm fans at the top as the data cabinet provides support for them.

Oh, and the data cabinet is located inside a large cupboard.

that tempo is fine. anything in the 30-40c range is fine for pc hardware. if the unit was 60-80c then i would look into more airflow.
