Phone connected to wifi, though internet apps wont work?

Basically, i have max bars and connection, 30mb/s. It even says " ____ Connected" in the wifi area, but when i go to b rowser or anything that uses internet on my android, it says " No network connection" or just the internet error saying that im not connected. Im even next to my router while typing this, whats wrong with the phone? It only started this 2 days ago

Did you configure a proxy server for some reason?

Check to see if your phone works on a different wifi network, if the problems are the same then I would first try uninstalling any applications you recently installed, otherwise will have to try a factory reset.

I tried various factory resets though nothing x.x my internet only works when i plug it in to the pc for some reason

If you have done a full factory reset and it does not work on any wifi network (not just yours) then there is a physical defect in the phone's wifi.
Hopefully you have Warranty or Insurance on the phone.
