Hello, I am on my final decision whether or not I should get those CPUs. Which CPU performs better?
I am willing to play GTA V on the best settings possible, but still maintaining 50-60fps.
I will also play BF4, Minecraft, CSGO, etc.
Keep in mind. I will NOT OVERCLOCK. DO NOT TALK ABOUT OVERCLOCK. <3
I will also be recording/livestreaming.
I will tend to use Shadowplay so my FPS won't change at all.
GPU: GTX 960
Which processor will perform the best?

3.9-4.2 Turbo
