Building PC - Any comments/suggestions on parts?

Solution
Haha ok! I would definitely lose the cx, fractal designs edison m 550w or I think anything by seasonic is good (correct me if I wrong).

You could save money by ditching the water cooler or halving the ram, no games need more than 8(yet)

I am pretty much maxed out at budget, and PSU is my least favorite part of building a PC. I am just not familiar with them. What would you suggest?

The 770 is getting a bit old now, you should choose something more modern. And the i7 isn't very good value for money, they barely offer anything over an i5, but your budget seems a lot healthier than mine ;)

I was considering dropping the CPU from a i5 4690 to an i5 4590 and using that extra $30 to upgrade the PSU. I think that would be a smart move considering there is no huge difference between the two. Any input?
