i have 500 gb internal hard disk. i want to partition it into 200 and 110 GB Drives . can anyone help me with calculation

because it takes some of the space on creating the partition in a certain filesystem. Its kinda same with usb sticks - i purchase 8 gb stick and it shows f.e. 7.8GB
