PC won't shut down and has to be switched off at the power point.

Hey everyone,

So this problem has started occurring with my PC the past week or so where I shut the computer down only for it boot back up again by itself. The only way I can find to turn the computer off is to actually cut the power manually. I have no idea what could be causing this. So I was looking for some advice and troubleshooting.

it happens a lot to asus mb it a bios glitch. turn the power off at the power supply and unplug the pc from the wall.wait 5 min then clear the cmos. then go in and make sure the mb has the newest bios on it.
