I am wondering if I would notice a performance in MMO gaming if I upgraded my rig to a Intel Core 7 4790k from a i5 4460? I currently have a 970 SC. The reason I am asking is I am currently playing Sky Forge and my CPU is the weak point in my system(I think I am far from an expert). I get 30 FPS in certain spots of the game and would love a little better performance. I also experience freezes once and a while where it is running decently thence game freezes for a second( not sure if there is a technical term for it.)
