How to share a folder on Windows 8 only with a specific Android device?

You need to set the sharing settings so that only specific user(s) have access to that share (sharing > advanced sharing > permissions, remove evryone and add the user you wan't to have access to that share). You can't set access permissions based on device in Windows afaik.
