Budget Gaming PC for LoL, CS:GO

Hey guys im planning to build a gaming pc around $450-$500 that can run LoL,CS:GO,MMOs and other online FPS games...pls include a GTX750ti gpu (coz thats the only gpu i know for budget gaming but still decent)

btw ill be buying all the components in my country (Philippines) so im expecting the price will be 10% more expensive than in US

Are you able to reuse parts from another machine at all? If so, that would help a lot.

CPU wise, you're probably looking at an AMD Athlon X4, or Pentium Anniversary (2 cores hurt though for some online gaming).

I was browsing pcpartpicker.com and I found this very very good build, its for 450$ and it will run cs:go at high settings at 60-80+ fps

The prices are not updated. That graphics card costs 240 dollars not 154.
