yes,730 requires very less power..........but i would recommend you to buy a gt 730 64bit gddr5 version as it is almost same as price of gt730 128bit and much faster than it......
if you can increase your budget a little then go for a 750ti.....it is masively better than both of 730 and can handle modern games very well
