Which one would be better if I do casual gaming and video editing? Because my FX6300 is hitting the 70-90% usage just by scrubbing the timeline while editing, causing my mouse cursor to freeze for 3 seconds.
I heard the i7 is just a Xeon with integrated graphics and a higher clock speed. I will be buying a H110i 280mm water cooler so that should cool it down when overclocking.
So here's my question:
1. Which one would you recommend for budget? Include recommended motherboard if you can please.
2. Which one for performance? Handle editing and casual gaming. Using a EVGA GTX750 SuperClocked 2GB GPU so nothing will bottleneck.
I mean if what I just said is true, then the integrated graphics is useless and the clock speed can be overclocked on the Xeon. But I also saw from Benchmarks that after 6 cores, 8 cores and up actually decreases FPS in games.
