My specs :
Motherboard: ASRock N68C-S UCC
Proccesor: Amd Phenom II X4 B55 ( 3.3 ghz )
Memory: 6GB DDR3
Graphics Card : Nvidia Geforce GT630 (2GB version )
So here`s the thing , i was looking for a better proccesor because mine is quite old and slow and i wasn`t sure what to get . But the problem is that I need a new motherboard too . My plans were to buy an AMD FX-4300 but then I realized my motherboard doesn`t support the socket for it .

I was wondering if I should buy this and the FX-4300 . If you have better suggestions please tell me .
My budget is around 150$.
