How To Convince Parents To Let You Build A PC?

Sorry, this may be in the wrong section, but for me, it seemed the most reasonable. I am currently 15 years old, but that doesn't really matter. So, now I'll talk about about the problem I have. My parents won't let me buy anything except iTunes cards and other minor, cheap things. My problem is I have been saving up some money for about a year now and I want to be able to spend this money. I've decided I want to build a PC since a lot of my friends play games like CS:GO, EU4, etc. on PC and I want to be able to play with them. I have enough money for the build, but my parents say it's not necessary and I should buy a car even though I'm not old enough and no one else in my family had to buy their own car with their money. Whenever I keep begging, it only seems to make things worse. I did the same thing to get an Xbox one, but that worked and my parents won't let me get a computer? Begging probably won't work, does anyone have tips/suggestions?

Solution
Tell them that knowing how to build a PC is an actual job skill that people will pay you for, while knowing how to drive a car isn't a skill that's necessary for a valuable career.
This is more of a family issue than a tech issue. Something us and tom's hardware don't really specialize in. Ill try to help as best as I can though.

How much money do you have to spend? Ask them what they want you to do, so in the end you can buy your PC. Another idea too is you don't have to buy it all at once, buy small stuff first (say CPU and motherboard) 1st, then after time buy everything then you can build your PC.

Also, being good on behavior can do a lot as well. If you honor your parents and obey them with a happy heart, that will reap it's rewards as well.

They also tell me that if I mess up I won't be able to fix it, but I've watched so many tutorials and videos on how to build a computer and I try telling them that, but they just won't listen. Maybe they just hate me since I'm the only one who has to buy my own car in the family.

You could also compare that a car is way more expensive than a PC. And you won't even be able to drive it for 1.5 years (in my state AZ, you need to be 16 and a half before you can drive). Where as a PC you can use right after you build/install everything.

But please the price!

If you can at least build the bare bones of a PC, then here is what I'd recommend:

1st, buy all the parts that are absolutely necessary like this (I can lower the build down another -$50 or more if necessary):

This will easily run CSGO at ultra 60fps but if you play games like BF4 then expect mediumish settings.

your first upgrade can be windows 10. Use windows 10 technical preview for free until you have money for windows 10 (you will be able to find them for as low as $70 if you get the student version.)

After time goes buy and you get more money, you can buy say a GTX 960 and a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo and get high settings at excellent frame rates across all your games.

You won;t be able to fix a $500 POS car either if it breaks. And the PC is actually much easier to fix. You can tell them having a car will just encourage you to go out and do drugs and have unprotected sex.
