Do I need a sound card?

I'm building a PC and I don't know if my motherboard will have good sound quality. The motherboard is the MSI 970A-G43 ATX AM3+ Motherboard. I'm not looking for audiophile quality. Any help would be appreciated.

No, you almost certainly do not need one.
Unless you are into high end music production, and have very high end cans or speakers.
