Hi i m planning to build my first gaming pc for HEAVY gaming in 1080p with max or ultra setting.
my budget is around 1k or less and i would like to overclock my cpu to around 4.5ghz also which case should i use to fit my CM hyper 212 cooler.

As mentioned above the motherboard and cpu aren't even compatible and the psu isn't very good especially for the price. Here's a setup with a compatble motherboard and a better psu.

oh thanks for figuring out. I updated. my motherboard, and what soem good quality PSU out-there since the CX 750 has good Watt and its necessary to use more power to overclock,

You don't need 750 watts to overclock. With a 750 you could have two GTX 970's. A good quality 500-550 watt PSU will do the job. Here's a few good ones to check out-
