Both are same price
If i bought any of those im going to do high over clock which is better

If you are overclocking it yourself, it doesn't really matter. The superclocked is overclocked already by the factory, meaning that you will not be able to push it much further, if at all. The non superclocked is not overclocked by the factory, So you will be able to overclock it "more" but will ultimately end up near the same speed as the superclocked.
