The Witcher 3 is an awesome game, with awesome graphics. With that much awesome it takes a bit of power to run. A stock cooler is going to struggle with any of the new titles that push your system. I believe that 70 degrees is still within your Thermal ceiling but I would spend the 30-40 bucks and get an after market one. Your CPU will last longer. I am personally a huge fan (No pun intended) of the 212 Evo.

Edit. Oh, before I forget. The 212 Evo is a very large, make sure it will fit first.

Looks amazing, I own a couple 212's so I can't speak to the performance of the H7. Either way the main message is get something to cool down that CPU. My builds never go over 42 degrees with the 212 so I have stuck with what I know and trust.
