You could run a different PSU if you wish, as well as a different CPU fan but I'm a big fan of Deepcool coolers for the money and that PSU easily has the power needed for this rig. The case is more of a budget oriented case and a bit plain looking, so you could always hunt down one you like the looks of better if you wish. Cases are mostly a looks thing, and as long as you pick a good mainstream brand you'll be fine. Just make sure it's big enough for everything you want to put in it.
