Hello, as the title says, I'm on the lookout for a new PSU to power my second PC. Specs of said rig are as follows:
CPU - Intel Pentium G645 (2.9GHz 65W Sandy Bridge), possibly upgrading to an Ivy Bridge i5 later
Mobo - MSI B75MA-P45
RAM - 8GB (4x2GB) Samsung DDR3-1333
GPU - Nvidia GeForce GTX 570 (not overclocked, probably never will as my room gets hot enough at stock!)
HDD - 3x 7200RPM SATA II drives
And a few 3-pin case fans
I had seen the XFX 550W PSU that seems to be recommended a lot for a decent price, but I'm concerned that with the GTX 570, that might be cutting it a little close. Would the 550W be adequate, or would I need to be looking for more? If so could someone recommend a decent quality unit without breaking the bank please?
I live in the UK by the way, so prices in £ and only places that ship there please!
