is the Cpu fan working? are you using the stock cooler or another one? did you apply thermal paste what are your temps? are you sure its your cpu? you can go into your bios and check its temps there

I have an corsair h60 and it works has thermal paste however I'm getting temps at 95 degrees Celsius for my cpu which I know is too much I'm wondering if I'll have to get a new cooler in general or is there an easier way to fix this?

check the rad for dust and try cleaning it and try reapplying thermal paste again. is this a new H60? or did you use it before? might be faulty check if the pump is working
