I have an hp wireless printer how can I just print black without takeing the color cartridge out

Go to Photoshop, under Essentials>Adjustments, click on the icon that states "Black and white".
Save as an image file, now print.

And how did he know you are printing a picture?
When you hit PRINT, whatever application you are using, an option window should pop up asking you if you want to change anything, one of those options should allow you to print Black&White only.
