Installs still point to old directory after changing the location of Program Files in regedit

Hello,

Since my C partition was full and I can't extend it, I tried to change my Program Files directory to another location by editing the registry.

Unfortunately, even though I've moved Chrome's files to the new Program Files folder and reset Chrome's download location, Flash Player isn't able to update, or even download.

Likewise, installing Spotify returns an error that says that there's no disk space, despite my attempt to change the default install location.

Where should I go from here?

Actually, how do I clone it to a larger drive?

It looks like I can't resize the C: partition in disk management, but I do have a lot of space on my E: drive. (66 GB) and unallocated space 12 GB on this disk. These are partitions on a solid state.
